At Mystic Fantasies, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Because we offer both digital and physical (print-on-demand) items, our policies differ depending on what you have ordered.
📥 Digital Products (PDFs, Coloring Pages, Activity Books)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final. * Once a file has been downloaded or the link has been sent, we cannot offer a return or refund.

🖼️ Physical Products (Canvas, Prints, Apparel)
Our physical products are created especially for you through our partner, Printful. Because these items are made-to-order, we follow their industry-standard fulfillment policy:
1. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we are so sorry!

Please submit a report within 30 days of receiving the product.

You must include a clear photo of the damage/error and your order number.

Once verified, we will send a free replacement to you at no additional cost.
2. Packages Lost in Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
3. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges Because every item is custom-printed only when you order it, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

The 30-Day Rule: Printful is very strict about their 30-day window. Make sure this is clearly visible so customers don't wait too long to report a broken canvas.

Size Charts: Since you can't offer exchanges for size, make sure your "Activity Books" (if sold as physical books) or any "Apparel" have the dimensions listed very clearly in the description.

Return Address: By default, Printful uses their own warehouse address for returns. If a package is "undeliverable," it goes back to them. They usually hold it for 28 days before donating it, so check your Printful dashboard regularly!
