📥 Digital Downloads & PDFs

How do I receive my digital files? Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your files directly from the order confirmation page.

What format are the coloring pages and activity books in? All our digital products are provided in PDF format. This ensures high-quality lines for printing and compatibility with almost all devices (laptops, tablets, and smartphones).

I didn't receive my download email. What should I do? First, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it’s not there, don't worry! Contact us at [Your Email Address] with your order number, and we will resend the link manually.

Can I use these designs for my business or resell them? No. All digital downloads are for personal use only. If you are interested in a commercial license for a specific project, please contact us for a custom quote.

🖼️ Canvas & Physical Prints

How are the canvases made? Our art is printed on premium, gallery-wrap canvas using fade-resistant inks. Each piece is hand-stretched over a sturdy wood frame to ensure it arrives ready to hang.

How long does shipping take? Since our canvases and apparel are printed on demand just for you, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Can I request a custom print of a graphic I saw on your social media? Absolutely! If you see a design in our winter reels or on Facebook that isn't in the shop yet, send us a message. We love bringing your favorite "mystic fantasies" to life on canvas.

🎨 Imagination & Custom Projects

What does "Imagination Prints" mean? Many of our customers are creators themselves! If you purchase a digital graphic for your own imagination, you can print it onto your own items at home (like iron-on transfers, stickers, or specialty paper) for personal projects.
